Type mapping

Contracts, the catalog and the properties' forms are JSON; scripts are Kalem. The types map like this (ABI 1):

• A script's reads/writes must name its field with the mapped type; binding checks it.
• min/max and defaults are kept; nothing is narrowed silently. A write out of range refuses the transaction.
• A time is the minute of the day in JSON and in saves (1080), and 18:00 in the editor.
• The mapping is versioned; a new JSON type comes with a new version.
